Our Property Owners Policy has been designed to meet the needs of Property Owners and Managing Agents that insure blocks of flats and apartments.
Our products provide a range of covers suited to converted and purpose built blocks arranged on a single risk or portfolio basis.
We believe that no one understands the insurance needs of landlords and residents’ managements companies better than we do, we therefore provide a range of other covers to meet their demands, and in addition to building insurance we offer complementary insurance policies. We assist our agents in taking a pro-active, disciplined approach to risk management, reducing the risk of damage to the property and ensuring that premiums are kept to an absolute minimum without compromising cover.
